Basic Court background check Policy Provisions

* New Staff Employees

o Outstanding Staff employees shall know the following background checks completed like a condition of employment with American Acme Corporation. – Employment verification – to be completed by the hiring department or headquarters human resources office

– Educational verification – to be completed by the hiring department or headquarters human resources office

– Criminal history background check – to be initiated with hiring department or headquarters human resources office, with final completion by the headquarters recruiting office

– Sex and violent offender registry background check – pertaining to being initiated by the hiring department or headquarters human resources office, with final completion by the headquarters hours office

o Foreign nationals who tend to be offered employment into appointed Staff positions will be subject towards the following provisions:

The results of the previously performed verification and/or history court background check will be looked at in any pending employment decision.
